Working with Real Estate Agents
All BUYERS and SELLERS of real estate are required to be furnished a brochure furnished by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission "Working with Real Estate Agents". You can find a copy of the brochure at http://www.ncrec.gov/Brochures/WorkingwAgents.pdf . If you are unable to download from the above web locations, then let me know and I will send in a different format. Until you have read this brochure, do not discuss any issue with a real estate agent until you fully understand if the agent is working for you as an agent or working with you as an agent working for another party.
